Megatron - Leader of the Decepticons, and the only mech that truly has Shockwave's loyalty. He's gone to great lengths to assist and impress Megatron. He would likely betray the trust of anyone and everyone he's come into contact with if it was asked of him.
Lugnut - The largest and most fanatic of the remaining Decepticons. He and Shockwave, when in the same room, tend to jockey to earn the title of 'Megatron's most loyal servant'. Shockwave can appreciate Lugnut's battle prowess, but believes he didn't do enough to try to find Megatron.
Starscream - Megatron's second-in-command. Shockwave dislikes him - less on principle, and more because he knows how Starscream is.
Ultra Magnus - Leader of the Autobots. Shockwave answered to him while he was "Longarm Prime", the head of Autobot Intelligence. He respected the Magnus's skill, but ultimately found him to be too corporate. He nearly killed the older 'bot, stealing the impressive Magnus Hammer in the process.
Cliffjumper - Autobot Intel agent, who served as "Longarm Prime's" secretary.
Blurr - Autobot Intel agent. Shockwave, as "Longarm Prime", liked the speed at which he worked. Unfortunately, Blurr figured out who Longarm really was (primarily because Shockwave panicked about being discovered), and had to be removed. Shockwave crushed him into a cube and had Cliffjumper dispose of him in an incinerator. He notes the incident as one of his more shameful mistakes.
Bumblebee/Bulkhead/Wasp - Old schoolmates. All four of them were in the same group at Autobot Boot Camp, suffering the indignity of having Sentinel Prime (then Sentinel Minor) as their drill instructor. Bumblebee overheard Shockwave (again, still posing as "Longarm" without the Prime) speaking with Megatron. Luckily, Bumblebee suspected that the traitor was Wasp. Shockwave moved events in such a way that Wasp was jailed for treason and he remained unsuspected. Bumblebee and Bulkhead were eventually thrown out of the program and put on construction duty, but finally caught Shockwave during Megatron's last plan.
Elegante
Mikaela Banes - the first human that he made contact with, and the first one he's befriended. He's fond of her and finds her fearless; he's particularly impressed that she hasn't flinched more at his presence. He enjoys speaking with her, though he's still rather hesitant about revealing everything he's done in the service of Megatron.
Ironhide - Autobot Weaponmaster, whom has next to nothing in common with the Ironhide that Shockwave used to know. He finds the older 'bot to be an irritant and rather volatile for an Autobot. Mostly he tries to tell Ironhide the truth, just to see if he'll ever be believed. He isn't exactly counting on it, though. He also rathers enjoys rubbing Ironhide the wrong way when the opportunity presents itself.
Frenzy/Hound/Bumblebee - Frenzy and Bumblebee come from the same reality, while Hound comes from the late 80s. He hasn't spoken particularly often with any of the three, but considers them all potential allies; as far as he cares, there's more of a chance for their mutual survival by working together. NOTE: NO LONGER PASSENGERS
Rfena - human-created android, though Shockwave isn't mentioning it to anyone else. He's not one to tattle other folks secretsexcept to Megatron. They met when he was body-swapped with Ironhide, but still keep in contact. He rather enjoys her company, though he's not certain how much he should say about his past to her. NOTE: NO LONGER A PASSENGER
Ratchet - Autobot Medic, and fellow science geek. Shockwave finds him to be extremely pleasant company, for an Autobot, and enjoys speaking to him. It helps that Ratchet is willing to listen... and to try to calm Ironhide down when he can.
Blurr - Shockwave's worst nightmare incarnate. Blurr came extremely close to ruining everything for Shockwave, and he's scrambled to repair things since. As it is, they spend a lot of their time getting on each other's last nerves and having the same argument over and over.
Blitzwing - They come from the same reality, though different times completely. Still, Shockwave counts Blitzwing as one of the few he can trust on the ship. He keeps his optic out for the triple-changer, working to help him with his unique problems, and in dealing with some of the less sensitive passengers.
Slipstream - The femme clone of Starscream. Shockwave only recently met her, and finds her competent, if a bit sarcastic for his tastes. He reserves judgement, but is looking out for her as a fellow Decepticon... and is trying to keep her out of trouble with the Autobots.
